Sufrone CommercePlanned merchant pilot · Ksh 20,000 setup · managed plans from Ksh 1,000/month

Sufrone Commerce

Planned product · Pilot enquiries

A planned all-in-one business platform with Sufrone-built modules for e-commerce, orders, stock, customer operations, reporting and service connections.

A bounded merchant workflow pilot, distinct from a full storefront build or general Managed Technology contract. The custom-trained comment-analysis model remains planned.

Not yet available for activation. Pilot delivery depends on feasibility, data permissions, readiness and an accepted proposal. No payment is collected when you enquire. The custom-trained request-analysis model and channel automation are not included until separately released.

Choose the route that fits your operation

Managed plans begin with Ksh 20,000 setup, including the first 30 days. Select the plugins and capacity your operation actually needs.

Standard

Ksh 1,000 / month

The essentials for a single merchant who wants an orderly sales desk.

  • Core Orders plugin: catalogue, order drafts, merchant payment evidence and dispatch status
  • One business, one location, two staff accounts and up to 50 clean products
  • Self-service operation, email support and a defined monthly usage allowance

Growth

Ksh 2,500 / month

For merchants who need more staff, control and operational visibility.

  • Everything in Standard, plus Inventory and Operations plugins
  • Up to five staff accounts, 250 clean products and richer order/exception reporting
  • Higher usage allowance and priority email support

Advanced

Ksh 5,000 / month

For a merchant ready for deeper workflow control and approved automation.

  • Everything in Growth, plus Connections and Insights plugins where supported
  • Up to ten staff accounts, 1,000 clean products, controlled connections and advanced reporting
  • Priority support and higher analysis/automation allowance after those features pass release gates

Independent deployment

Ksh 85,000 once

A client-controlled installation for merchants who do not want a continuing Sufrone platform subscription.

Your managed setup fee follows you.

Start managed. Upgrade when ready. The original managed setup fee follows the same Commerce account.

If your eligible managed setup fee is paid: Ksh 85,000 − Ksh 20,000 = Ksh 65,000 upgrade balance.

  • One production installation on a client-controlled server or cloud account
  • Core Orders, Inventory and Operations plugins; one location, up to five staff and 250 clean products
  • Administrative handover, data export, deployment runbook and the installed release for perpetual use
  • Up to 18 months of capped remote break/fix support: maximum two support hours per quarter, no feature development or provider fees

After handover, the client controls hosting, administration, data, routine updates and operating costs. The fee does not transfer third-party channel, payment, cloud or model licences; it does not include source-code ownership, resale rights, unlimited support, new features, integrations, security monitoring, hosting or provider charges. Those need a separate agreement.

A KSh 20,000 managed setup payment that was actually paid and not refunded is credited in full against the independent deployment price for the same business and Commerce account. Monthly subscription payments, prepaid usage, third-party/provider charges, taxes, custom work and separately quoted add-ons are not creditable. Any unused prepaid managed month is handled as a prorated service adjustment in the upgrade proposal, not added to the setup credit.

Optional plugins and capacity

  • Additional staff or product-capacity packs
  • Additional locations and approved channel connections
  • Messaging/SMS/WhatsApp and payment-provider usage, charged separately or prepaid
  • Assisted catalogue cleanup, migration, training and bespoke integration work
  • Custom-model analysis or automation allowances only after the feature is released and contracted

Planning prices, not a binding quote. The accepted proposal confirms scope, support limits, taxes and payment terms.

Start with clarity when the operation is the problem.

The Sufrone Technology & Operations Assessment is the sensible entry point when several systems, sites or risks compete for attention. It replaces guesswork with a prioritised basis for action.

What the assessment gives you

A structured review of the organisation's technology environment, operational bottlenecks, risks and highest-value improvement priorities.

  • Sufrone Technology Health Report
  • A prioritised roadmap tied to the operating need
  • A recommended architecture and indicative implementation budget

If a qualifying implementation is approved within 14 days, some or all of the assessment fee may be credited toward the project.

Retain responsibility after delivery.

Your proposal makes every cost boundary visible.

No generic calculator can represent the decisions behind a real operating environment. Before commitment, one proposal separates what Sufrone delivers, what providers charge and what remains managed.

Equipment and providers

Ongoing responsibility

Managed Technology or Engine care, included only when Sufrone retains an agreed operating boundary after delivery.

  • Hardware and equipment are 100% client-funded before procurement.
  • Normal projects use 50% mobilisation, 30% progress and 20% acceptance milestones.
  • Managed services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Sufrone does not extend client credit for equipment, licences or third-party services.

Questions to settle before you proceed.

The public range should help you decide whether to explore the work, not leave you guessing about how a commitment is formed.

Do I always need an assessment first?

No. Choose a published product and configure your setup directly. An assessment is optional when you need help choosing or your environment requires additional investigation.

Is the website range a quote?

No. It is a planning range for checking commercial fit. The accepted proposal—scope, milestones, exclusions and responsibility boundary—is the commercial authority for the engagement.

Are hardware, cloud and licences included?

Hardware and equipment are 100% client-funded before procurement. Provider charges are shown separately, and Sufrone does not hide them inside an engineering fee.

How are projects and managed services billed?

Normal projects use 50% mobilisation, 30% progress and 20% acceptance milestones. Managed services are billed monthly in advance.
