Moodle implementation begins from Ksh 45,000. Hosting, operational management, technical maintenance and provider costs are selected independently. MoodleCloud suits standard deployments but does not permit arbitrary plugins. Plugin-heavy or deeply customised deployments require partner, client-owned or Sufrone-assisted hosting.

1Where will the system run?

Choose the environment owner first. Provider charges remain outside the Sufrone service fee.

One controlled Moodle baseline and plugin manifest, with separate institution data, storage, backups and release rings. Sufrone propagates tested fixes through a controlled release channel, while every client retains isolated data, credentials, backups and rollback boundaries.
